# Starfall Continent ![](/files/GsHvvN1ScEkduLPSZ0WK) The SageVerse™ metaverse begins on the vast continent of StarFall in the territory of the Shui Empire. The Shui Empire is one of many empires that is overseen by The Nine Divine Extremes Sect's "Pavilions" branch. These branch pavilions collect tribute and taxes in the form of resources from the reigning dynasties of the continent in return for protection from the sect when beast tides or foreign races invade the continent. At times, they even protect the current dynasty from neighboring empires as well if a strong enough relationship is formed. Sometimes, the branches will be given orders to recruit talent from across the continent in times of great need by dispersing "Murim Jades," which give great boons to young cultivators wishing to embark on the path towards immortality, and elevated status in the cultivators "Murim Community" StarFall Continents Regions and Territories. As SageVerse™ develops, the StarFall continent's many regions will begin opening up to be explored and offering different ownership. Land will be sold at different scales based on the desired level of user engagement in SageVerse™.
