# SageVerse™ Tokens

## Four-Token Economic Infrastructure

Most P\&E games have a token structure that utilizes a single token for things like seed investing, team tokens, ILO, advisors, and private investors, all of which are necessary, but cut into the  funds set aside for the P\&E aspect of the game. SageVerse L.l.c. will have a dedicated $SVT coin for the purposes of raising capital for in-game currency liquidity and developing an incubator, launchpad, and marketplace platform. This token will not be an in-game currency and will only be affiliated with "SageVerse L.l.c.." 

## $SVT

$SVT will be the company token representing the value of SageVerse L.l.c., its IP's and assets. This token will be given liquidity from the proceeds of NFT sales, a seed round, ILO, private investors, advisors, and partners of the company.

* This is the token of our incubator, launchpad, and marketplace platform that will develop in-house projects and create collaborative partnerships with our peers in the art, gaming, and crypto worlds.
* Taxes from the purchases and sales of $SVT will go to the liquidity pool, development of SageVerse, company overhead, marketing, and charity NFT projects of the community's choice on a bi-monthly basis.
* SageVerse community members will have an opportunity to take part in a $SVT presale and thus claim ownership of $SVT.
* There will be a token supply of 36 million.

* ## In-Game Currencies 

  There will be three in-game currencies for SageVerse players to buy, sell, trade, and earn, all of which are majority dedicated to the P\&E ecosystem and game development and maintenance . They will be tiered and designed, each to be used at different levels of game development. The tax structure of each currency is designed to feed another higher or lower-tiered currency so that the consistent buying and selling of one currency will go to supporting other currencies and vice versa. The tiered system helps isolate a use case structure for each token and ensures a robust transactional structure for game assets. 

THE ONLY ASSETS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED WITH "OUT-OF-GAME" CURRENCIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

* PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIP NFTs
* PRE-SALE CHARACTER NFTs 
* PRE-SALE LAND NFTs 

ALL OTHER NFTs WILL BE PURCHASED EXCLUSIVELY WITH IN-GAME CURRENCY.

Is the "Mortal" Tier to be used at levels 1-49. There are no Mortal Tier NFTs above level 49.

Uses and earning mechanisms

**Earn:**

* Quest/Mission Completion Rewards, Selling NFTs, PvP Encounters, PvE Encounters, Tournament Rewards

**Uses:**

* Purchase items in game from NPCs and other players
* Purchase NFTs at the Imperial Auction House
* Swap for other cryptocurrencies at the Imperial Auction House Private Swap and Exchange
* Mint NFTs in the Imperial Auction House or on property if a land owner

Is the "Earth" tier currency to be used at levels 39-99 There are no Earth tier NFTs above level 99.

## $SVC

Is the "Heaven" Tier currency to be used at levels 80-149 There are no Heaven tier NFTs above level 149.
